Marina is great with good access to the water. Only downside is the $10 charge each time you want to launch your boat and another $10 to retrieve it. Otherwise no complaints, it's a great marina. Update: It's been a year since this review, this marina continues to impress and provide the best access to the Potomac in DC.

Free launch for kayakers. Please be respectful and DO NOT block the ramp. They are kind to us in letting us access the river with out charge. The ramp itself has heavy commercial and pleasure boat traffic, which can make for a line to launch or land. Again, just be respectful, we all will get our turn.
